Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for an HR Intern position at BOSC Tech Labs Private Limited. As an HR Intern, you will assist in the HR department’s daily operations and duties. You will get hands-on experience in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and be flexible with different tasks and responsibilities.
