Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Brief:

We are looking for self-motivated and result-driven individuals for the role of Sr. Business Development Executive. This person will define long-term goals, identify opportunities, build customer relationships; close business deals, and help build a pipeline of prospects.

Designation: – Sr. Business Development Executive

Location: – Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Shift Timing: – 9.30AM – 7.00PM

Qualification: – B.tech, M.tech, BCA, MCA, BSC, MSC (IT, CE), MBA (Marketing).

Experience:-  1-3years (Preferred from IT Company background)

Working Days:- 5 Days (Mon- Fri)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads efficiently.
  • Having experience with bidding portals.
  • Excellent communication in English & interaction skills.
  • Identifying areas for expansion and development.
  • Protectively prospects for new opportunities.
  • Responsible for Achieving the pre-determined sales target.
  • Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy to encompass international agency owners and foster growth.
  • Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end-of-month reports on revenue and market performance.
  • Delivering against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met.
  • Working closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns for relevant prospects.
  • Inputting into sales and marketing collateral – how the business positions itself for various audiences.
  • Maximizing networking opportunities.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong networking & negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Documentation/presentation skills.
  • English communication must.
  • Need experience in the International domain.
  • Need basic knowledge for Bidding, and conducting email campaigns.
